About Jason
Jason Scott is a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team and has over forty-six years of experience in all aspects of the industry. He works from the company’s Mobile and Pensacola offices. His emphasis for the past thirty-six years has been commercial property management, investment sales, retail and office leasing, and industrial product.
Beginning his career in commercial construction, Jason worked for Opus Corporation for twenty-one years, gaining extensive experience in construction, project and property management, and leasing of commercial properties.
Before joining Stirling in 2014, Mr. Scott worked with John Toomey & Company for fifteen years and was instrumental in business development and client retention. While there, his focus included third-party managed assets, asset management, leasing, financial reporting, budgeting, and client interface.
Mr. Scott is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), Retail Brokers Network (RBN), Pensacola Association of Realtors, and NAIOP. He holds broker licenses in both Alabama and Florida.
A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, Jason resides in Lillian, Alabama, with his wife, Kim. They have three grown children.
Rhonda Sharkawy
About Rhonda
Rhonda Sharkawy joined the Stirling team as Development Director, where she was involved in retail ground-up developments and redevelopments. In 2002, she transitioned to the Commercial Brokerage Division as Senior Retail Leasing & Development Executive. For thirty years, she has worked on new retail developments, redevelopments, leasing existing shopping centers, and handling renewal negotiations. In addition, she represents over a dozen national retailers in Louisiana & Mississippi.
After completing a bachelor’s degree at Loyola University in New Orleans, Rhonda earned a master’s degree in Land & Real Estate Development, as well as a master’s in Construction Science from Texas A&M University- College Station.
Rhonda is a highly decorated top producer. She is the first agent in Stirling’s history to receive the Waguespack Award and one of only a handful of women to achieve this honor since it was created in 1964. In 2015-2017, Rhonda was inducted into the New Orleans Association of Realtors Commercial Hall of Fame for the Waguespack Award after being the City’s top producer for five years in a row & the first woman to receive this prestigious honor.
When she is not working, she is with her family & friends enjoying the arts, travel, music, nature and community service boards.

Kylle Shoemaker
About Kylle
Kylle began his career in commercial real estate in 2021 following a successful career coaching collegiate football. During his football career, he guided elite teams from California to Missouri and Pensacola’s own University of West Florida. Among his many accomplishments, Kylle was a key contributor to UWF’s National Championship in 2019 and their national finalist status in 2017 as Assistant Coach and Special Teams Coordinator. Kylle’s coaching experience has translated well into his commercial real estate career, where he specializes in office and industrial space in the northwest Florida market. Since 2021, he has played a crucial role in helping his team close over 110 transactions per year, with a total deal volume exceeding $42 million annually. Currently, Kylle is pursuing his CCIM designation to further his knowledge and expertise in the field.
Kylle and his wife have three young children with whom they enjoy exploring the Gulf Coast from Orange Beach to 30A. Whether they’re riding bikes downtown Pensacola, or enjoying a warm day at Fort McRee, if it is near the water, the Shoemaker family embraces it.
Lynda Terreson
About Lynda
As a commercial real estate advisor with Stirling Properties in Daphne, Lynda represents Landlords and Tenants across the Gulf South, specializing in retail and office properties for national, regional, and local clients. Her experience includes the sale and leasing of freestanding, inline, and mixed-use commercial assets, with an emphasis on strategic growth, relationship-driven service, and long-term value creation.
Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Lynda built her career in Corporate Restaurant Marketing, partnering with both emerging award-winning Fast Casual concepts as well as some of the largest QSR brands in the industry. This background provides her with a unique understanding of franchise operations, consumer-driven real estate, site strategy, and brand expansion.
Lynda earned her Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University, is an active member of ICSC, and is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
Melissa S. Warren
About Melissa
Melissa S. Warren, CCIM is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor and the New Orleans metropolitan market leader for Stirling. She has provided clients with commercial real estate advisory services since 2001. As a Senior Advisor with Stirling in New Orleans, LA, Ms. Warren focuses on industrial, office, and retail sales, leasing, and tenant and landlord representation.
On behalf of clients, Melissa conducted investment, market, financial analysis and negotiated purchase and lease contracts. She coordinates transaction due diligence, site selection services, and user decision analysis, and assists clients with planning and zoning matters. Additionally, Melissa has represented medical clients with medical retail and office site selection services. Before joining Stirling, she was the leasing agent for East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, LA. She has represented financial institutions in the disposition of distressed commercial assets and excess branch disposition. Over the years, she served numerous industrial and bioscience clients providing them with the services of site selection, market analysis, shipyard disposition, industrial park and river terminal land acquisition, ground-up development, and asset disposition.
Ms. Warren’s organizational service includes founding Board Member and Treasurer of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Gulf Coast Chapter; past Board Member and President of the NOMAR-CID (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors – Commercial Investment Division); and past Board Member of LACDB (the Louisiana Commercial Database). Commercial Real Estate professional affiliations include CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NOMAR-CID, NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), New Orleans CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women); WISTA (Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association); and NAIOP (National Real Estate Development Association).
Melissa serves on the Board of the Louisiana SPCA, and volunteers with New Orleans City Park, and Habitat for Humanity.
Before joining Stirling, Ms. Warren was a senior real estate advisor for Grubb & Ellis/ Sawyer Commercial in Gulfport, MS. In 2006, she was designated a (CCIM) upon successfully passing the comprehensive final exam and passing the CCIM Institute’s panel judgment for the portfolio of qualifying industry experience.
After Hurricane Katrina, the mayor of Gulfport, MS selected Ms. Warren to co-chair the committee to rebuild Gulfport Harbor’s Jones Park where she helped spearhead fundraising, architectural charettes, and development designs for the rebuilding of the park.
Ms. Warren graduated from Mississippi State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She holds Louisiana and Mississippi real estate licenses.
