About John
John DeArmond serves as an Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Baton Rouge office.
Before joining Stirling, John established two car wash locations in Gonzales and Prairieville. After five years in business, he helped facilitate the sale of both locations. His experience prior to that was in automotive sales.
A native of Gonzales, LA, John graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
He, his wife, and two daughters reside in Geismar, LA, where he is a graduate of the Ascension Parish Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program: Leadership Ascension. This program is designed to develop responsible and informed community leaders.
Andrew Dickman
About Andrew
Andrew Dickman is a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office. He began his commercial real estate career in 2008 and joined Stirling Properties in 2015.
Andrew’s expertise and experience include raw land sales and development, retail site selection and acquisition, ground-up development of retail centers, site selection and acquisition for development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and disposition of retail and restaurant properties.
Mr. Dickman is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), RBN (Retail Brokers Network), and a graduate of Indiana State University.
Austin Earhart
About Austin
With over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, Earhart has become one of the region’s foremost retail experts specializing in tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiation, site selection, and dispositions for local and national retailers. He has been a multi-million-dollar producer in Louisiana and regularly closes deals in all aspects of commercial properties, including industrial, office, land, and investment sales.
Austin has received numerous awards and honors and outpaces the competition with several records to his credit. He has developed an innovative information system for tenants (over 50,000) and retail spaces that allow him to track businesses by lease expiration, location, industry type, and other parameters, as well as a property system that tracks major shopping centers to determine vacancy and absorption trends.
Earhart’s landlord representation includes institutional and local owners with retail portfolios ranging from 5,000 square feet to major power centers. He has worked with many of the nation’s leading retailers, including Murphy USA, Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Walmart, Lowe’s, Whitney Hancock Bank, AmSouth Bank, Mid-South Bank, Chase, FedEx Kinko’s, Starbucks, Xerox, Best Buy, Eatel, Rally’s/Checkers, Walgreens, Papa Johns, CarMax, Slim Chickens, RPM Pizza, Aspen Dental, and Hobby Lobby, to name a few. Jared Jackson
About Jared
Jared Jackson is a Senior Advisor for the Tallahassee Region. As a Senior Advisor, Jared helps his clients navigate the commercial real estate market and efficiently buy, sell or lease commercial real estate. Jared’s competitive drive, ambition and work ethic help set him apart from others. Before joining Stirling, Jared was a Vice President with Beck Partners, a Pensacola Commercial Real Estate brokerage. Jared also interned with RFT Asset Management in the Property Management division. During this time, he worked with mobile home parks and apartments, giving him a good foundation and understanding of those asset types.
Jared owned and operated his own business, Southern Lawn Management, for 3 years while in college, giving him a better understanding of business management. He has also gained valuable leadership experience as a Division I Scholar Football Athlete with FSU, where he went from a walk-on wide receiver to a team captain. Jared enjoys utilizing the same competitive spirit, drive and ambition he developed as a collegiate athlete to help serve his clients in the best way possible.
Jared graduated from Florida State University in December 2017 with his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.

Kyle Knight
About Kyle
Kyle Knight joined the Pensacola, FL, office of Stirling’s commercial real estate team in October 2018 and specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation, site selection, project leasing, investment sales, and multi-family land development.
As a 18+ year commercial real estate brokerage veteran, Knight was previously employed by another firm in Pensacola, where he was awarded the company’s Top Producing Broker award for several years. During this time, Knight has worked with Fortune 500 companies, developers, investors, and local and regional users in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate throughout Alabama and Florida. His primary geographic focus is on the Florida Panhandle (Pensacola to Tallahassee) and Southern Alabama.
Kyle is an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities). He is licensed to practice real estate in both Alabama and Florida.
Mr. Knight is a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama, majoring in Advertising. He has lived along the Alabama Gulf Coast since relocating after graduation and currently resides in Orange Beach with his wife.
