Andrew Dickman | Stirling Properties

Andrew Dickman is a Senior Advisor with Stirling Properties’ commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama, office. He began his commercial real estate career in 2008 and joined Stirling Properties in 2015.

Andrew’s expertise and experience include retail site selection and acquisition, ground-up development of retail centers, site selection and acquisition for residential development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and disposition of retail and restaurant properties.

Mr. Dickman is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has served on the planning commission for ICSC Gulf South. He is also a CCIM candidate, a member of RBN (Retail Brokers Network), and a graduate of Indiana State University.
