About Camm
Camm Morton has been involved in commercial real estate sales and leasing for over 40 years. He currently works as a Senior Advisor in Stirling’s Baton Rouge office. With a reputation for integrity and success, Camm brings unsurpassed national market experience managing companies in commercial property leasing, renovation, real estate development and property management. He has established an exceptional record of noteworthy accomplishments including bold mixed-use projects, Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TNDs), and the high-profile and successful renovation of the historic Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Camm has owned and successfully developed real estate in 29 states and Puerto Rico, including his own company and a billion-dollar NYSE-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Working as the President of Retail Development for Western Development Corporation, Morton served as the developer in charge of creating Potomac Mills, an outlet mall in Woodbridge, Virginia, in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Potomac Mills was later deemed “one of the most significant developments in retail” and was the prototype development of the Mills concept.
Before joining Stirling, Camm worked as a Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Camm is a prior chairman of the Louisiana Lieutenant Governor’s Volunteer Louisiana Commission and has served in a range of volunteer capacities on numerous nonprofit boards including Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement and The Baton Rouge Growth Coalition. He has “rung the bell” at the NYSE and appeared on national news outlets including CNN and CNBC as well as the ABC TV news program 20/20. Camm has received many honors over the years, but his most cherished is his Boy Scouts of America “Silver Beaver” award.
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Camm was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Richmond, Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Hampden-Sydney College where he played football and made two National Championship appearances. He holds a Master of Science degree in horticulture from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from East Carolina University.
In addition to his real estate activities, Camm is currently the CEO of VR Baton Rouge, which is affiliated with VR Worldwide, helping business owners create real value for themselves and their families.
Foster Murphy
About Foster
Foster Murphy is an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Covington, Louisiana, office. Foster’s primary focus areas are office, medical and retail sales, leasing, and new development projects. He also has extensive experience with tenant representation and in-depth market knowledge, allowing him to provide sound advice to his clients.
Foster is dedicated to providing clients with the best quality of service, adding value for investors in the market, and growing new connections into long-term customer relationships. He has a personal love for architecture and experience in AutoCAD, which allows him to visualize his clients’ needs and wants for their properties.
Before joining Stirling, Foster was an integral member of the SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate team in Baton Rouge. Prior to that, he spent seven years working in property management for a single owner and then transitioned to a commercial real estate/property management firm in the Capital Region.
Foster has also had the privilege of representing numerous nonprofit organizations, including Volunteers of America, Veteran Affairs, ARC Baton Rouge, Special Olympics of LA, Greater Baton Rouge Industrial Alliance, Baton Rouge Youth Coalition, Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, and the Louisiana Assessor’s Association, in fulfilling their real estate requirements with dedication and expertise.
When not immersed in the real estate market, Foster cherishes moments with his fiancée, Meagan, alongside his family and friends. He enjoys golfing, reading, carpentry, hunting, and fishing, often accompanied by his loyal black lab, Goose.
Ryan Murphy
About Ryan
Ryan Murphy joined Stirling’s commercial real estate team in October of 2010 and serves as a Senior Advisor working from the company’s Covington, Louisiana, office. He primarily specializes in the office market, representing both landlords and tenants, as well as in vacant land. He also works with sellers and buyers in investment properties. Mr. Murphy obtained his CCIM designation in March of 2021 and is an active member. He is also a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division (CID).
Prior to joining Stirling, Ryan worked independently since 2002 in commercial real estate, developing and purchasing small office products. He continues to own and manage his own portfolio of office space.
Mr. Murphy served two 4-year terms of elected office as a councilman for the Town of Abita Springs from 2014 thru 2022 and served as the Mayor Pro Tem during his second term.
Mr. Murphy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Economics. He also has earned an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans.
Stacy Odom
About Stacy
Stacy Odom brings a wealth of knowledge about the Ark-La-Tex Market and has commercial real estate experience across a multitude of project types, including retail, medical, investment sales, office, and industrial sectors. As an Associate Broker, she has represented a wide range of local and national clients with expertise in the areas of retail site selection, buyer/tenant representation, landlord representation and corporate acquisitions and dispositions of portfolios. Stacy has represented clients such as Aldi, AutoZone, Newk’s Eatery, Capital One, Tommy Xpress Car Wash, Ochsner Medical, Great Clips.
Ms. Odom is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana and Texas. Her membership includes the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Retail Broker’s Network (RBN), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Her community involvement includes being a graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership program and supporting the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, Friends of the Meadows Museum, and Samaritan Counseling Center.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Ms. Odom received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate.
Alec Purser

Alec Purser began his professional career in customer service at Publix Supermarkets in 2009 where he focused on positive customer experiences for nine years. After completing his education at the University of West Florida in 2018, Alec pursued a career with Sinclair Broadcasting Group where he worked as a Marketing Consultant at the NBC television affiliate (NBC15) in Mobile, Alabama. There, Alec specialized in broadcast television sales and digital marketing analysis. Alec made it his mission to completely understand every client’s business model with careful listening and analysis. Specifically, he assisted many businesses with their rebranding efforts to ensure that their target audiences understood the elements that make them special. Alec is overjoyed to be back in his hometown of Pensacola to pursue Commercial Real Estate at Stirling. Trust and truth are pillars that Alec uses to build effective business relationships.
- FAMILY & HOBBIES
Alec’s two passions are golf and watching Tampa Bay Buccaneers football. Since 2019, Alec has been a member of the Hacker’s Amateur Golf Tour. In fact, he is the tour’s 2019 Player of the Year and continues to optimize and market their official website. Alec’s favorite time of year is the week of the Masters Tournament. A particularly memorable moment for Alec was standing on the 18th green at Augusta National watching Tiger Woods win the Masters in 2019.

Lauren Ryan
About Lauren
Lauren Ryan joined the Stirling team in 2014, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for leasing and sales transactions in the retail market throughout Louisiana.
Previously, Mrs. Ryan worked at Horizon Bank in Austin, TX, as Assistant Vice President of Development and Marketing. She was a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, where she served on multiple committees and was selected to participate in the Leadership Development Class.
Lauren is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR (CID), where she volunteers on the Programs Committee, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). In 2016, she received her first NOMAR/CID Achievement Award for transactions totaling over $2.5 million.
An active community member, Lauren sits on the Board for Ascension DePaul Foundation New Orleans, previously Daughters of Charity Foundation, where she volunteers on their Keeping Our Promises Gala committee for the annual fundraiser. Lauren also participated in the Young Leadership Council and was a committee member for the Dress for Success annual fundraiser, the Start The Adventure In Reading (STAIR) annual fundraiser in addition to volunteering with the STAIR afterschool program. She was also selected to be part of the Economic Development Ambassadorship Program through the New Orleans Business Alliance.
Mrs. Ryan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications.
