About Beezie
Beezie Landry currently serves as Vice President of Investment Advisors and has been with Stirling for over 20 years. In this role, Mr. Landry is responsible for the management of a highly skilled team of advisors specializing in the sale of investment properties across all property types…Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Office and Industrial. Mr. Landry has represented a range of client types including private and institutional investors and has completed transactions with REITs including Weingarten Realty Investors, General Growth, Realty Income, AEI Funds, and Agree.
Mr. Landry also works closely with the Stirling Development Team coordinating the financing, refinancing, development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties across property types. Previously, he gained extensive experience in Landlord Representation in leasing new developments and existing shopping centers.
Mr. Landry is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Retail Broker’s Network (RBN), and The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors – Commercial Investment Division. Mr. Landry is also a member of the Tangipahoa Economic Development Foundation Board and the Southeastern Louisiana University Foundation Board.
Mr. Landry is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Landry currently lives in Hammond with his wife, Jenny, and together they have two children, Carter and Lily.
John Gordon
About John
John Gordon serves as the Manager of Retail Corporate Client Services, working alongside our Brokerage Team to provide Retail Portfolio Management Services to Clients of Stirling.
Mr. Gordon has over 16 years of experience across 30 states in corporate and franchised retail and restaurant development, having served as the Director of Real Estate for both Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and Smoothie King Franchises, Inc.. He has been a multi-unit franchisee of Smoothie King since 2013, with restaurants in 4 states. In 2017, Mr Gordon was awarded his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of ICSC (Innovative Commerce Serving Communities) and a former ICSC State Retail Chair for Louisiana.
Mr. Gordon graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and completed the RE Certificate Program. He resides in Mandeville, LA, with his wife and two sons.
Gabrielle Adams

Gabrielle Adams serves as an Advisor with the company’s commercial real estate team, bringing a wealth of professional experience in building relationships to her role at Stirling’s Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices. With a keen focus on facilitating seamless transactions, Ms. Adams specializes in tenant and landlord representation for retail and industrial properties. Growing up in a commercial construction family, Gabrielle is able to offer clients a unique perspective, understanding the intricate nuances of the industry and providing invaluable insights.
Ms. Adams is dedicated to adding value to her clients through extensive research on market trends and dynamics. Her collaborative, team-oriented approach extends beyond individual transactions as she actively supports and assists other top-producing advisors within the organization.
Ms. Adams is affiliated with the International Council for Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS Commercial Investment Division (CID). Bradley Cook
About Bradley
Bradley Cook serves as an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team. Based in the Covington, LA, office, his primary focus includes investment and development in the land and industrial sectors. He works closely with local, state, and regional leaders to promote economic development opportunities. He is a member of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana CCIM Chapter, Realtor Land Institute (RLI), New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division (CID), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Since joining Stirling, Cook has worked on successful projects for recreational land sales, transitional land development and industrial and commercial companies of all sizes, including Carvana, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, American Freight and Factory, Dana Incorporated, DSLD, goPuff, Burger King, and others. In addition, Cook is the lead broker for the 6,000+ acre Bilten Park future development site, Louisiana’s premier future advanced manufacturing and logistics mega-site location in St. Tammany Parish. He also led efforts for Stirling Properties’ first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Inc., which is now operational within Fremaux Park in Slidell.
Born in New Orleans and a resident of the Northshore, Bradley earned his bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Louisiana Tech University while also being named as the Graduate Student of the year in 2006. He is a strong local advocate for the special needs and foster care communities as a former Board Member and volunteer for Special Olympics Louisiana, Youth Service Bureau (YSB) and James Samaritan. Cook serves as the President of the Realtor Land Institute Louisiana Chapter since 2018 and is a graduate of the 2024 Louisiana Leadership, 2019 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), the 2018 Nancy Marsiglia Institute of Justice Inaugural Class at Loyola University, 2018 Leadership St. Tammany, Board of Directors at Large Louisiana Realtors, NAIOP Gulf Coast Chapter Membership Committee Chair, and RLI Louisiana Chapter President.
Cook is a CCIM and holds commercial real estate licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi while working with clients throughout the Southeast. He is also pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Louisiana Economic Development (CLED) designations.
Daniel Cook

Daniel Cook is an Advisor with Stirling’s brokerage team, working from the Covington, Louisiana office.
Born and raised in the Mandeville – Covington area, Daniel is carving a niche in real estate with a primary focus on agriculture and industry. Armed with a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, Daniel’s solid educational foundation complements his extensive industrial expertise formed with his hands-on experience working in the oil field industry and his agriculture expertise formed while working on various farms. Daniel’s hands-on experience provides him with a unique edge in navigating industrial and agricultural spaces. Consequently, Daniel’s proficiency in these industries provides him with an invaluable resource to aid clients seeking agricultural, recreational, industrial, or investment properties.

Lee M. de la Houssaye

Lee de la Houssaye joined Stirling in 1997, where she serves as a Senior Advisor on the commercial advisory team, working from the Covington, Louisiana, office. She has been a commercial real estate leader in the greater New Orleans areas for over 40 years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in office sales and leasing. She is also highly experienced in commercial site selection and acquisitions.
Ms. de la Houssaye has provided her expertise to an impressive list of landlords, tenants, and investors over the years, resulting in thousands of lease transactions and sales. Some of the corporate entities she has worked with include Ampirical Solutions, AT&T, Cantium, Chevron, DaimlerChrysler Motors, Fleetcor, General Services Administration (G.S.A.), Hornbeck Offshore Operations, LLOG Exploration, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, PoolCorp, and Southern Farm Bureau, to name a few.
