About Andrew
Andrew Dickman is a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office. He began his commercial real estate career in 2008 and joined Stirling Properties in 2015.
Andrew’s expertise and experience include raw land sales and development, retail site selection and acquisition, ground-up development of retail centers, site selection and acquisition for development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and disposition of retail and restaurant properties.
Mr. Dickman is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), RBN (Retail Brokers Network), and a graduate of Indiana State University.
Jim Dowling
About Jim
Jim Dowling, SIOR is a Senior Advisor / Associate Broker with Stirling, specializing in brokerage, leasing, and development of all land types, including commercial, industrial and investment properties throughout Louisiana. His focus is on retail, office, warehouse, and manufacturing properties, as well as urban land and farms, acreage, and timberland. Jim has extensive experience in site searches, evaluations and acquisitions, land assemblage, feasibility studies, property valuations, highest and best use determinations, rezoning, land development, build-to-suit, and real estate investment acquisitions.
Jim has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974. Prior to joining Stirling in 2016, he served as president of J. Wesley Dowling & Associates, Inc. Realtors and Coldwell Banker Dowling Beauvais & Associates, Inc. Realtors.
Jim is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); past president of the LA/MS/AL/NWFL chapter of SIOR; graduate of the Louisiana Real Estate Institute (GRI); member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); member of Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors; and member of Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB).
Jim attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

He has been a multi-million-dollar producer in Louisiana and regularly closes deals in all aspects of commercial properties, including industrial, office, land, and investment sales.
Austin has received numerous awards and honors and outpaces the competition with several records to his credit. He has developed an innovative information system for tenants (over 50,000) and retail spaces that allow him to track businesses by lease expiration, location, industry type, and other parameters, as well as a property system that tracks major shopping centers to determine vacancy and absorption trends.
Earhart’s landlord representation includes institutional and local owners with retail portfolios ranging from 5,000 square feet to major power centers. He has worked with many of the nation’s leading retailers, including Murphy USA, Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Walmart, Lowe’s, Whitney Hancock Bank, AmSouth Bank, Mid-South Bank, Chase, FedEx Kinko’s, Starbucks, Xerox, Best Buy, Eatel, Rally’s/Checkers, Walgreens, Papa Johns, CarMax, Slim Chickens, RPM Pizza, Aspen Dental, and Hobby Lobby, to name a few. He is also the exclusive leasing agent of the TICI Group Strategic Alliance Partners for Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
Earhart holds the prestigious designation of Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and is a Certified Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He attended the University of Mississippi and is a regularly published writer as a retail expert in national trade magazines.

Justin Elliott
About Justin
Justin Elliott brings a solid foundation in commercial real estate to his role as an Advisor with Stirling’s Baton Rouge team. Before joining Stirling, he gained hands-on experience at NIA Earle Furman and built early industry insight through both his professional work and his studies at Louisiana State University, where he is pursuing a degree in Communication and is an active member of the student real estate association.
Justin is licensed as a broker in North Carolina (2023) and as a salesperson in Louisiana (2025), allowing him to work across multiple markets as he grows his practice. He is known for his professionalism, drive, and ability to connect with people. His experience also includes working with the LSU men’s basketball team, which strengthened his teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Justin approaches every assignment with focus and energy, aiming to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Jared Jackson
About Jared
Jared Jackson is a Senior Advisor for the Tallahassee Region. As a Senior Advisor, Jared helps his clients navigate the commercial real estate market and efficiently buy, sell or lease commercial real estate. Jared’s competitive drive, ambition and work ethic help set him apart from others. Before joining Stirling, Jared was a Vice President with Beck Partners, a Pensacola Commercial Real Estate brokerage. Jared also interned with RFT Asset Management in the Property Management division. During this time, he worked with mobile home parks and apartments, giving him a good foundation and understanding of those asset types.
Jared owned and operated his own business, Southern Lawn Management, for 3 years while in college, giving him a better understanding of business management. He has also gained valuable leadership experience as a Division I Scholar Football Athlete with FSU, where he went from a walk-on wide receiver to a team captain. Jared enjoys utilizing the same competitive spirit, drive and ambition he developed as a collegiate athlete to help serve his clients in the best way possible.
Jared graduated from Florida State University in December 2017 with his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.
