John Gordon
About John
John Gordon serves as the Manager of Corporate Client Services, working alongside other Brokers to provide Portfolio Management Services to Clients of Stirling. Mr. Gordon has over 19 years of experience across 30 states in corporate and franchised retail and restaurant development, having served as the Director of Real Estate for both Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. In addition to his responsibilities at Stirling, Mr Gordon operates as a Master Broker for Smoothie King and Walk-On’s across multiple states. He has been a multi-unit franchisee of both Smoothie King since 2013, and PayMore since 2024.
In 2017, Mr. Gordon was awarded his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of ICSC (Innovative Commerce Serving Communities) and a former ICSC State Retail Chair for Louisiana.
Mr. Gordon graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and completed the RE Certificate Program. He resides in Mandeville, LA, with his wife and two sons.
Gabrielle Adams
About Gabrielle
Gabrielle Adams serves as the CRM Administrator & Change Manager at Stirling, where she leads the company’s digital transformation.
Previously, Gabrielle served as an Advisor in Stirling’s New Orleans office. Her background as an Advisor gives her a unique perspective on the tools and technology that brokers need to thrive.
Gabrielle is a proud alumna of Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds joy in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Whether she’s hitting the gym, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring new coffee shops, Ms. Adams embraces each opportunity for growth and enrichment.
Darryl Bonner
About Darryl
Darryl Bonner joined Stirling in March 2018 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In 2020 he moved over to the Advisory division and now acts as a Senior Advisor and Market leader for NW Florida. He focuses much of his time in retail, representing both landlords and tenants. He is also active in the multi-family space.
Previously, Bonner was Senior Vice President of Retail for Cousins Properties in Atlanta, GA, where he was accountable for all retail leasing activity—from specialty centers to mixed-use projects and office properties, including the procurement of key leases and tenants during pre-development activities in new projects.
Prior to that, Bonner held a range of retail leasing executive positions at General Growth Properties in Atlanta, GA; Jim Wilson & Associates in Montgomery, AL; and Robert B. Aikens & Associates in Troy, MI.
A Florida native, Bonner earned his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, and his MBA from Auburn University in Montgomery, AL. He is a member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and holds the professional designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX).
He is a frequent guest speaker at Auburn University, Southeastern Louisiana University, ICSC conferences, industry roundtable discussions, and real estate educational programs. He also sits on the Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) Advisory Board at Auburn University.
Bradley Cook
About Bradley
Bradley Cook, CCIM, serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Covington, Louisiana office. His practice focuses on large land tracts and portfolios, industrial sales and development, redevelopment opportunities, and investment advisory across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Bradley is known for approaching commercial real estate as both a strategic advisor and a long-term market builder. He works with landowners, investors, developers, companies, institutions, and public-sector partners to identify opportunities that align real estate strategy with economic growth. His work often sits at the intersection of site selection, development feasibility, industrial expansion, land planning, and community advancement.
Bradley holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi. He is actively involved in the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and Realtor Land Institute (RLI) where he currently serves as President of the Realtor Land Institute Louisiana Chapter and is pursuing both the Accredited Land Consultant and Certified Louisiana Economic Developer designations. He is also currently serving his second term as an at-large board member for Louisiana Realtors.
Since joining Stirling, Bradley has been involved in a wide range of commercial, industrial, land, and development assignments for clients and projects including Ontivity, Carvana, Burger King, Smalls, Dollar General, DSLD, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, Dana Incorporated, Fremaux Park, Gulf South Commerce Park, Hancock County Port Commission, and Tangipahoa Parish School System. He also led efforts for Stirling Properties’ first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Incorporated, now operational within Fremaux Park in Slidell, Louisiana.
Beyond brokerage, Bradley is deeply involved in initiatives that support entrepreneurship, business formation, and regional economic development. He is a co-founder of Palette Coworking and its nonprofit arm, PACE, which is focused on advancing community and entrepreneurship on the Northshore.
Bradley is an alumnus of Louisiana Tech University, Leadership St. Tammany, the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, and Louisiana Leadership.
