With a rooftop terrace, geothermal HVAC system, and reservable boardroom, the space supports a dynamic and forward-thinking workplace.

2024: Sunshine State Milestone
Flashback to a major milestone in the Sunshine State!
In 2024, we expanded into Pensacola and Tallahassee through the acquisition of Beck Partners, adding 30 new team members and over 1.5 million SF of commercial property under management.
This move strengthened our presence across the Gulf South and marked another step forward in Stirling’s continued growth and commitment to full-service commercial real estate.
2024: A New Era of Leadership
In 2024, Townsend Underhill stepped into the role of President & CEO of Stirling, succeeding longtime leader Marty Mayer following his retirement.

With deep experience and a forward-looking vision, Townsend now guides Stirling into a new era of innovation, expansion, and opportunity.

Stirling’s First Single-Family Development
In 2022, Stirling launched Oak Heritage Townhomes—our very first build-to-rent, single-family community, right in the heart of Prairieville, LA.

A New Chapter in Baton Rouge
In 2019, Stirling relocated and merged its Baton Rouge offices into a single, expanded space at United Plaza II—bringing together over 30 employees, brokers, and management staff under one roof in a collaborative, modern environment.
This move followed our strategic merger with Baton Rouge-based SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, significantly expanding our footprint and services across the Gulf South.
Now occupying more than 9,000 SF in the heart of United Plaza Office Park, we continue to grow, serve, and invest in one of our most vital CRE markets.
