About Bradley

Bradley Cook, CCIM, serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Covington, Louisiana office. His practice focuses on large land tracts and portfolios, industrial sales and development, redevelopment opportunities, and investment advisory across Louisiana and Mississippi.

Bradley is known for approaching commercial real estate as both a strategic advisor and a long-term market builder. He works with landowners, investors, developers, companies, institutions, and public-sector partners to identify opportunities that align real estate strategy with economic growth. His work often sits at the intersection of site selection, development feasibility, industrial expansion, land planning, and community advancement.

Bradley holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi. He is actively involved in the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and Realtor Land Institute (RLI) where he currently serves as President of the Realtor Land Institute Louisiana Chapter and is pursuing both the Accredited Land Consultant and Certified Louisiana Economic Developer designations. He is also currently serving his second term as an at-large board member for Louisiana Realtors.

Since joining Stirling, Bradley has been involved in a wide range of commercial, industrial, land, and development assignments for clients and projects including Ontivity, Carvana, Burger King, Smalls, Dollar General, DSLD, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, Dana Incorporated, Fremaux Park, Gulf South Commerce Park, Hancock County Port Commission, and Tangipahoa Parish School System. He also led efforts for Stirling Properties’ first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Incorporated, now operational within Fremaux Park in Slidell, Louisiana.

Beyond brokerage, Bradley is deeply involved in initiatives that support entrepreneurship, business formation, and regional economic development. He is a co-founder of Palette Coworking and its nonprofit arm, PACE, which is focused on advancing community and entrepreneurship on the Northshore.

Bradley is an alumnus of Louisiana Tech University, Leadership St. Tammany, the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, and Louisiana Leadership.

About Daniel

Daniel Cook is an Advisor with Stirling, based in the firm’s Covington, Louisiana office. Born and raised in the Mandeville–Covington area, Daniel has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate with experience spanning retail, industrial, land, and investment transactions throughout Southeast Louisiana.

Now three years into his commercial real estate career, Daniel has successfully represented clients in a wide range of lease and sale transactions, including retail leasing, industrial properties, land sales, land leases, and development opportunities. While he maintains a broad understanding of the commercial real estate market, his primary focus is centered on industrial properties and land transactions, particularly agricultural, recreational, and rural land assets.

A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Daniel brings a unique hands-on perspective to the industry through his background in both oilfield operations and agriculture. His firsthand experience working in industrial environments and on various farming operations provides practical insight that benefits clients navigating complex land and industrial transactions.

In addition to his brokerage work, Daniel serves on the CID Education Committee and the CID New Orleans Forecast Planning Committee, further strengthening his involvement within the commercial real estate community and keeping him actively engaged in industry trends and market development.

Charles Cornay serves as a Senior Advisor for Stirling’s  commercial real estate team, working from the Lafayette, LA, office since 1996. His experience makes him an expert in his field. His experience includes the recent sale of 2 industrial distribution centers with a combined square footage of 200,000 sq.ft. He is accomplished in Seller and Buyer representation, primarily focused on industrial, office and land segments in the market. He has successfully negotiated over 1,000 sales and leasing transactions, working with a diverse client base, including grocery stores, apartment complexes, restaurants, retailers, and land developers/users.

Mr. Cornay’s abilities include market strategies, site selection, site analysis, assistance in due diligence, and monitoring deals with potential customers.

Charles has been an advisor with Stirling since 1996 or 28 years. He is a member of Stirling Industrial Advisors, One Acadiana, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lafayette, National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Acadiana.

John DeArmond serves as an Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Baton Rouge office.

Before joining Stirling, John established two car wash locations in Gonzales and Prairieville. After five years in business, he helped facilitate the sale of both locations. His experience prior to that was in automotive sales.

A native of Gonzales, LA, John graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

He, his wife, and two daughters reside in Geismar, LA, where he is a graduate of the Ascension Parish Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program: Leadership Ascension. This program is designed to develop responsible and informed community leaders.

Jim Dowling, SIOR, is a Senior Advisor/Associate Broker with Stirling having over 35 years of extensive experience in brokerage, leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of all types of land and commercial, industrial and investment properties.  His focus is on all types and sizes of urban, suburban and rural land and commercial and industrial buildings including retail, office, food service, medical, warehouse, distribution, service and manufacturing.

Jim has extensive experience in site searches, evaluations and acquisitions, land assemblage, feasibility studies, property valuations, highest and best use determinations, rezoning, land development, build-to-suit, and real estate investment acquisitions. Jim has been a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana for over 35 years.

He is a member of ICSC, SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors), Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, and member of Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). Jim attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

About Juhmad

Juhmad M. Hollis joined Stirling in 2022 and serves as an Advisor, Associate Broker with the company’s Commercial Brokerage Division. With over 17 years of real estate experience, he began his career at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., in Birmingham, Alabama, working alongside his father and sister. As a guide, advisor, and educator, Mr. Hollis developed a deep understanding of the industry, effectively communicating with clients, empowering them, and providing real-time solutions to challenges. In December 2012, he assumed the role of President/CEO at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., holding the position until October 2015 when he transitioned to BRIK Realty as their Qualifying Broker. In 2017, Mr. Hollis established Sil-loH Realty New Orleans after relocating to Louisiana.

Mr. Hollis served as the Past President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network and served as a Director on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®. He has contributed to the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and presided as President of the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service.

A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Mr. Hollis has also mentored with Son of Saint in New Orleans and actively participated in the National Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Diversity Committee and Federal Finance and Housing Committee. He is an At-Large Member of NAIOP and is on his “Path to the Pin” to earn the coveted CCIM designation.

Mr. Hollis, a graduate of the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Morehouse College. He holds an Alabama Real Estate License.
