About Will
Will Barrois joined Stirling in 2002 and serves as Vice President and Manager of the Advisory Division, an area that includes Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Northwest Florida. Located in Stirling’s Mobile, Alabama, office, Mr. Barrois oversees all aspects of the company’s Advisory and Investment Sales division and is a qualifying broker for Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
Before transitioning to Alabama, Mr. Barrois served as a Senior Advisor at Stirling in the Covington, Louisiana, office for 12 years. There he specialized in tenant representation and investment sales throughout the Gulf South region.
Mr. Barrois is a graduate of Louisiana State University and received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He resides in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife and two daughters.

Jeff Barnes
About Jeff
Jeff Barnes serves as Senior Advisor and Market Leader in Stirling’s Mobile office. His responsibilities include general brokerage activities, including sales and leasing of commercial properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. His primary areas of focus consist of landlord representation and investment sales.
Prior to joining Stirling in January 2014, Jeff was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial and CFB Real Estate. Before relocating to Baldwin County in 2003, he was an active commercial broker in Birmingham, Alabama, with over 15 years of experience with Colonial Properties Trust and Atlanta-based Carter & Associates. With more than 37 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Barnes has successfully represented numerous institutional owners, investors and developers.
Professional affiliations and accomplishments include earning the CCIM designation, serving as President of the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP, serving as President of the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama Chapter of CCIM, and Trustee of the Alabama Center for Real Estate. Current professional membership affiliations include AL CCIM Chapter, ICSC, the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Club, and the Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Club. Mr. Barnes is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Amanda Goldman
About Amanda
Amanda Goldman has been active in real estate for fifteen years. She joined Stirling’s commercial real estate team in January of 2017, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office, where she is responsible for investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, sales and leasing, and special projects as an Advisor.
In October 2023, in addition to her role as an Advisor, Amanda was awarded the position of Executive Administrator of the Advisory Division at Stirling where her mission is to regulate and execute the administrative duties for over 65 Advisors in the company.
Following 11 years of service in the United States Air Force, Ms. Goldman has spent more than 30 years in sales, developing an expertise in working with businesses and people, helping them to achieve their goals. Although she works with Stirling’s Advisors in 8 offices in 4 states, her main work base is in Daphne, AL. Amanda has three grown daughters and is a proud Nonna to eleven grandchildren.
Steadman Bethea
About Steadman
Steadman Bethea is an Investment Advisor on Stirling’s commercial real estate team, based in the company’s Daphne, Alabama office. With over six years of experience in commercial real estate, he joined Stirling in 2019 and specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, as well as providing investment advisory services. He works closely with Jeff Barnes, CCIM, and is also a member of the Stirling Investment Advisors team.
Before joining Stirling, Steadman was a Real Estate Advisor with 30A Realty on Florida’s Gulf Coast, where he contributed to one of the market’s top-performing teams. Earlier in his career, he served as an analyst and account executive at Walton Funding, a private mortgage company specializing in investment and commercial loans, experience that built his strong foundation in real estate finance. Today, he draws on that expertise to help clients make informed investment and development decisions.
A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Steadman earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Samford University. He holds commercial real estate licenses in both Florida and Alabama.
Steadman and his wife live in Fairhope, Alabama, with their son and daughter. He is an active member of the Baldwin Commercial Exchange Club and volunteers as a YoungLife Leader, reflecting his commitment to both professional engagement and community service.
Andrew Dickman
About Andrew
Andrew Dickman is a Senior Advisor with Stirling Properties, based in the firm’s Daphne, Alabama office. Since launching his commercial real estate career in 2008, Andrew has developed extensive experience across multiple sectors of the industry and has worked with Stirling Properties since 2015.
Andrew’s work focuses on raw land sales and development, retail site selection and acquisition, and the ground‑up development of commercial projects. He also provides strategic guidance in investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and the disposition of retail and restaurant properties. His broad market knowledge and hands‑on approach allow him to deliver tailored solutions that support clients’ long‑term growth and investment goals.
He is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). Andrew graduated from Indiana State University.
Juhmad M. Hollis
About Juhmad
Juhmad M. Hollis joined Stirling in 2022 and serves as an Advisor, Associate Broker with the company’s Commercial Brokerage Division. With over 17 years of real estate experience, he began his career at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., in Birmingham, Alabama, working alongside his father and sister. As a guide, advisor, and educator, Mr. Hollis developed a deep understanding of the industry, effectively communicating with clients, empowering them, and providing real-time solutions to challenges. In December 2012, he assumed the role of President/CEO at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., holding the position until October 2015 when he transitioned to BRIK Realty as their Qualifying Broker. In 2017, Mr. Hollis established Sil-loH Realty New Orleans after relocating to Louisiana.
Mr. Hollis served as the Past President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network and served as a Director on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®. He has contributed to the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and presided as President of the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service.
A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Mr. Hollis has also mentored with Son of Saint in New Orleans and actively participated in the National Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Diversity Committee and Federal Finance and Housing Committee. He is an At-Large Member of NAIOP and is on his “Path to the Pin” to earn the coveted CCIM designation.
Mr. Hollis, a graduate of the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Morehouse College. He holds an Alabama Real Estate License.
