Besh Restaurant Group’s newest concept, Delacroix, is coming soon to Riverwalk’s Spanish Plaza in downtown New Orleans! Inspired by the fishing heritage and vibrant spirit of Delacroix, Louisiana, this refined fish camp and bar will bring fresh Gulf seafood, Southern elegance, and riverfront views together for an unforgettable dining experience.

Stirling Announces River Chase Office III
Another milestone at River Chase!
Stirling is proud to support the continued growth of River Chase with the development of its III Class A office building. Our team provided Financing, Brokerage, and Pre-Development services, facilitating the sale to Regal Companies. Designed by Greenleaf Architects and constructed by Regal, the new three-story, 17,000 SF building will feature a third-floor terrace. The site layout was carefully planned to preserve and showcase the property’s beautiful multi-trunk live oak trees, blending modern design with natural surroundings. This project builds on the success of River Chase Office I and II (each 50,000 SF) and highlights the strength of collaborative development in our region.
