About Gantt
Gantt serves as an Advisor in Stirling’s Daphne, Alabama office. His duties with Stirling include general brokerage, leasing, and investment analysis. He is also part of Stirling’s Hospitality Investment Sales team led by Manish Sthanki, CCIM.
During his time at Stirling, he has been involved in several retail, office, and industrial leasing projects and has brokered the disposition of multiple assets across various property types.
Before joining Stirling, Gantt worked with Harless and Co. in Tuscaloosa, AL as an assistant property manager for their portfolio of multi-family properties. Also, during his time at The University of Alabama, Gantt was a sales representative and merchandiser for Gulf Distributing, LLC out of their Birmingham and Mobile offices.
He was born and raised in Fairhope, AL, where he currently resides, and graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate. He holds a real estate license in Alabama and is a member of ICSC and the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
Jack Williams
About Jack
Jack Williams began working in the real estate industry in the 1980’s. Then his family opened Rosie O’Grady’s, Inc., DBA Seville Quarter in 1988 and The District in 2018, where he became and remains the General Manager, putting his real estate career on hold. Jack also ran a referral company called Southern Referral and was the broker of that company for several years. Wanting to get back into real estate, he joined Beck Partners in 2015. He is currently a Stirling Advisor and is licensed in Real Estate in both Florida and Alabama.
Jack obtained a Finance Degree from Florida State University, Class of 1980. He is currently a member of the Pensacola Country Club, chairman of the Military Affairs Committee of the Pensacola Chamber. Jack has served as the President of the Rotary Club of Pensacola, Pensacola Sports Association and Leadership Pensacola. Jack was awarded the Emerging Leader PACE award and Volunteer of the year for both the Chamber and Pensacola sports. He is involved in numerous charities as well as active in other community events.

About Ellen
Ellen McCain began her journey with Stirling in 2002, initially as a part-time receptionist before transitioning to a full-time role encompassing filing/document coordination and office management. Over the years, she evolved into the role of Human Resources Assistant, bringing extensive experience and dedication to her work.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ellen enjoys actively supporting her grandchildren’s sports activities. With 50 years of marriage, she values both her professional and personal commitments.

About Claire
Mrs. Barker has been an integral part of Stirling since 2017, serving as a Property Manager on the Northshore. She oversees a diverse portfolio, including shopping centers, self-storage facilities, and office buildings across St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes.
In her role, Claire effectively manages and supports the local Maintenance Team and Property Assistants based in the corporate office. Her responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of retail and office properties in Hammond and Covington, ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Southeastern Louisiana University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Rachel Jerkins

About Rachel
Rachel is a Property Services Manager, overseeing all of the Stirling Properties managed locations in the Gulf Coast region from Mississippi to the Florida Panhandle. She has been with Stirling for 11 years, starting as a property accountant in 2015 then transitioning to Property Manager in 2017, then promoted to Property Services Manager in 2024. She has over 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry with 10+ in property management.
Her current responsibilities include oversight of the day to day operations of all Stirling managed office and retail space along the Gulf Coast. The team consists of four Property Managers, two Property Services Assistants and four Maintenance Engineers. She is responsible for negotiation of vendor contracts and maintenance agreements; preparing monthly property condition reports, financial statements, annual budgets for owner’s review; and monitors tenant and owner requests for maintenance services and follows through to resolution.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family. She has been a resident of Stapleton, Alabama for more than 30 years, raising three boys with her husband.
