Earlier this year, Stirling proudly relocated our corporate headquarters to River Chase II in Covington, Louisiana. This move marks a major milestone that reflects our continued growth and long-term commitment to the region.

The new 50,000+ SF Class A office building, developed in partnership with Kent Design Build , represents a $20+ million investment in both our company’s future and in St. Tammany Parish.

Designed with innovation and collaboration in mind, the space features a rooftop terrace, geothermal HVAC system, and reservable boardroom that support a dynamic and future-focused workplace.

Stirling is pleased to announce that we have successfully represented Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the lease at 1821 Chemin Metairie Parkway, bringing a solid fast growing national tenant to one of the fastest growing cities in Louisiana.

This lease was successfully negotiated by Seth Citron, who represented the tenant in the transaction.

In 2024, we expanded into Pensacola and Tallahassee through the acquisition of Beck Partners, adding 30 new team members and over 1.5 million SF of commercial property under management.

This move strengthened our presence across the Gulf South and marked another step forward in Stirling’s continued growth and commitment to full-service commercial real estate.

In 2024, Townsend Underhill stepped into the role of President & CEO of Stirling, succeeding longtime leader Marty Mayer following his retirement.
