Smalls Sliders Coming to Hammond, LA

A new Smalls Sliders location is officially coming to 1743 Southwest Railroad Avenue following the successful completion of a long-term ground lease transaction.

Construction is expected to begin Summer 2026, bringing one of the fastest-growing burger concepts to the Hammond market.

This opportunity originated with Bradley Cook, MS, CCIM , who secured the overflow parking lot off market for his client to support neighboring operations and future development opportunities. John Gordon, CCIM later brought Smalls Sliders to the project, helping bring the deal to completion.
