About Jeff
Jeff Barnes serves as Senior Investment Advisor and Market Leader in Stirling’s Mobile office. His responsibilities include general brokerage activities, including sales and leasing of commercial properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. His primary areas of focus consist of landlord representation and investment sales.
Prior to joining Stirling in January 2014, Jeff was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial and CFB Real Estate. Before relocating to Baldwin County in 2003, he was an active commercial broker in Birmingham, Alabama, with over 15 years of experience with Colonial Properties Trust and Atlanta-based Carter & Associates.
With more than 35 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Barnes has successfully represented numerous institutional owners, investors and developers. Professional affiliations and accomplishments include earning the CCIM designation, serving as President of the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP, serving as President of the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama Chapter of CCIM, and Trustee of the Alabama Center for Real Estate.
Current professional membership affiliations include AL CCIM Chapter, ICSC, Mobile Association of Realtors, and the Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Club.
Mr. Barnes is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance.
Stacy Taylor
About Stacy
Stacy has been in the commercial real estate business for 22 years. He started in the Atlanta market as an office broker, working for Grubb & Ellis Company, and he later started his own firm, Taylor Real Estate Services. After relocating to Pensacola, he continued to grow his office practice and added a new service line that included retail brokerage focused primarily throughout NW Florida and Southern Georgia, as well as the coastal areas of both Mississippi and Alabama. Stacy represents both tenants and landlords and has tremendous experience with site selection, retail/office development, lease/purchase negotiations, market research, investment analysis and financial modeling.
During his time with Taylor Real Estate, Stacy was responsible for developing, marketing, leasing, and selling four office developments in North Atlanta: The Gates at McGinnis Ferry; The Gates at Sugarloaf; The Gates at Laurel Springs; and The Gates at North Point. In addition to the Gates assignments, he spent a great deal of time representing numerous office tenants in the metro area.
Since moving to Pensacola, he has successfully grown the retail brokerage group, which now includes over three million square feet under leasing and/or management. His team represents a number of national owners that include but are not limited to Washington Prime, DDR, Blackwater Resources, and Continental Realty. In June of 2019, he became a Partner of Beck Partners Holdings, LLC. While still an active producer, he is responsible for expanding their commercial real estate footprint, as well as growing, educating and cultivating new talent within the organization. Currently, Stacy is Regional Vice President, Market Leader – Pensacola/Tallahassee with Stirling.
Through years of experience, Stacy understands that building and maintaining strong relationships are equally important as completing the real estate transaction. His high level of experience in successfully completing over 1.5 million square feet in real estate transactions, as well as an estimated $150 million in sales, enables him to streamline the transaction process.
Stacy graduated from the University of Mississippi, earning a business major with an emphasis in Insurance and Real Estate. He was a member of the University golf team, as well as a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.
Stacy is happily married to his wife, Tina Taylor. Together they have three kids: Whitney, Will, and Avery. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his kids’ sporting events. All three of his children are heavily active in sports. When he is not watching the kids, Stacy enjoys boating and playing golf, which is his favorite hobby and true passion. His favorite catchphrase is: “Things are never quite as bad as they seem, but they never are quite as good as they seem either. So, keep your head down and keep working.”

Justin Langlois
About Justin
Justin Langlois, CCIM serves as Regional Vice President with Stirling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He specializes in investment sales, primarily retail, office, and healthcare. His commercial real estate skill set includes sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, sublease representation, REO and bank foreclosures, sale/leaseback, lease negotiation, real estate investment analysis, financial feasibility, and site selection.
Justin has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010. He previously served as Managing Director with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, which he founded with partners Ben Graham and Steve Legendre. Their SVN office was consistently recognized as a Top 25 office nationally out of 200+ offices across the United States.
Justin is an executive member of the board of directors for the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and serves as secretary for the organization. He is also a board member with Volunteers of America: South Central Louisiana. Langlois He supports various nonprofits and community groups, including The Chapel on the Campus (LSU), Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU), Mary Bird Perkins – Investors Collective, and Volunteers of America.
Justin is married to Dodi Langlois, and they have four beautiful children. He is the proud father of three daughters, Harper, Eliza, and Remy, and a son, Max. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Justin graduated from Louisiana State University Lab School (1999) and earned a B.A. in English from Millsaps College (2003) in Jackson, MS.
Benjamin N. Graham
About Ben
Benjamin Graham serves as Regional Vice President for Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Baton Rouge office. He is at the forefront of providing real estate solutions and value-oriented strategies for his clients, translating goals and requirements into executable real estate strategies.
With a background in commercial appraisal and experience in project leasing, national tenant representation, investment sales, industrial sales and site selection, Ben has the expertise to handle most any assignment. Ben’s depth of experience and analytical skills contribute to improving each transaction and his clients’ overall business operations. He has successfully negotiated more than 500 retail leases across the country with a variety of users, including ALDI, Rouses Markets, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, McDonald’s, Jason’s Deli, 7 Brew Coffee, Ochsner Medical, Orangetheory Fitness, Exxon, Eisenberg Development Company and others.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ben is a highly regarded CRE veteran in Louisiana.. This experience, combined with his finance and appraisal background, assures that the best solution is developed and implemented.
Ben is a Board Member of the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce and is active within ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Baton Rouge Board of Realtors (Commercial Investment Division), SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors), Retail Brokers Network (RBN) Southeast Committee, Krewe of Achilles, Rotary International and Coastal Conservation Association.
An avid Tigers fan, Mr. Graham is a 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance. Outside of the office Ben enjoys an active lifestyle with his two children and amazing wife, including fishing, hunting, traveling and driving his two children to various sporting events.
Amanda Goldman
About Amanda
Amanda Goldman has been active in real estate for thirteen years. She joined Stirling’s commercial real estate team in January of 2017, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office, where she is responsible for sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and special projects as an Advisor. She is currently a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Recently, in addition to her role as an Advisor, Amanda was awarded the position of Executive Administrator of the Advisory Division at Stirling where her mission is to regulate and execute the administrative duties for over 56 Advisors in the company.
Following 11 years of service in the United States Air Force, Ms. Goldman has spent more than 30 years in sales, developing an expertise in working with national and local businesses and providing quality service.
She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Commercial Exchange Group for Baldwin County, and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). A native of Manhattan, New York, Amanda is blessed with three grown daughters and ten grandchildren.
Steadman Bethea
About Steadman
Steadman Bethea is an Investment Advisor on Stirling’s commercial real estate team, based in the company’s Daphne, Alabama office. With over six years of experience in commercial real estate, he joined Stirling in 2019 and specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, as well as providing investment advisory services. He works closely with Jeff Barnes, CCIM, and is also a member of the Stirling Investment Advisors team.
Before joining Stirling, Steadman was a Real Estate Advisor with 30A Realty on Florida’s Gulf Coast, where he contributed to one of the market’s top-performing teams. Earlier in his career, he served as an analyst and account executive at Walton Funding, a private mortgage company specializing in investment and commercial loans, experience that built his strong foundation in real estate finance. Today, he draws on that expertise to help clients make informed investment and development decisions.
A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Steadman earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Samford University. He holds commercial real estate licenses in both Florida and Alabama.
Steadman and his wife live in Fairhope, Alabama, with their son and daughter. He is an active member of the Baldwin Commercial Exchange Club and volunteers as a YoungLife Leader, reflecting his commitment to both professional engagement and community service.
