About Stacy

Stacy has been in the commercial real estate business for 22 years. He started in the Atlanta market as an office broker, working for Grubb & Ellis Company, and he later started his own firm, Taylor Real Estate Services. After relocating to Pensacola, he continued to grow his office practice and added a new service line that included retail brokerage focused primarily throughout NW Florida and Southern Georgia, as well as the coastal areas of both Mississippi and Alabama. Stacy represents both tenants and landlords and has tremendous experience with site selection, retail/office development, lease/purchase negotiations, market research, investment analysis and financial modeling.

During his time with Taylor Real Estate, Stacy was responsible for developing, marketing, leasing, and selling four office developments in North Atlanta: The Gates at McGinnis Ferry; The Gates at Sugarloaf; The Gates at Laurel Springs; and The Gates at North Point. In addition to the Gates assignments, he spent a great deal of time representing numerous office tenants in the metro area.

Since moving to Pensacola, he has successfully grown the retail brokerage group, which now includes over three million square feet under leasing and/or management. His team represents a number of national owners that include but are not limited to Washington Prime, DDR, Blackwater Resources, and Continental Realty. In June of 2019, he became a Partner of Beck Partners Holdings, LLC. While still an active producer, he is responsible for expanding their commercial real estate footprint, as well as growing, educating and cultivating new talent within the organization. Currently, Stacy is Regional Vice President, Market Leader – Pensacola/Tallahassee with Stirling.

Through years of experience, Stacy understands that building and maintaining strong relationships are equally important as completing the real estate transaction. His high level of experience in successfully completing over 1.5 million square feet in real estate transactions, as well as an estimated $150 million in sales, enables him to streamline the transaction process.

Stacy graduated from the University of Mississippi, earning a business major with an emphasis in Insurance and Real Estate. He was a member of the University golf team, as well as a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.

Stacy is happily married to his wife, Tina Taylor. Together they have three kids: Whitney, Will, and Avery. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his kids’ sporting events. All three of his children are heavily active in sports. When he is not watching the kids, Stacy enjoys boating and playing golf, which is his favorite hobby and true passion. His favorite catchphrase is: “Things are never quite as bad as they seem, but they never are quite as good as they seem either. So, keep your head down and keep working.”

About Justin

Justin began his career in commercial real estate working at Beck Partners in 2005, where he started as a sales associate. Currently, he is Stirling’s Vice President of the Florida Region.  He has a deep understanding of real estate investment, ground-up development, and value-add investment strategies. Over the past decade, he completed nearly 1,500 transactions totaling more than $500,000,000.

Justin has a BS in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at UAB, Justin was a member of the Baseball team. He is also a CCIM, SIOR and CPM Designee.

Justin has a lovely wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Justin has a deep appreciation for the natural world and loves all things conservation.

About Debbie

Debbie is a native of Pensacola but expanded her profession in Sarasota, Florida. She began her career in 1990 as an agent with NAI Halford in Pensacola. During her 14 years with this company, Debbie became a broker and received her office designation as an SIOR (Society of Industrial Realtors). In 2004, she relocated together with her husband to Sarasota, Florida, to be with her kids and grandkids. Debbie joined Ian Black Real Estate as a commercial broker. In 2014, she returned home and joined Beck Partners CRE, LLC as a Broker Associate/Vice President. Currently, Debbie is a Senior Advisor with Stirling.

Debbie’s primary focus is Office, Retail, and Industrial Sales and Leasing. She holds an Office Designation with the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). She is also a member of the National, Florida, and Pensacola Association of REALTORS®.

Debbie is married to Kipp Anglin. They have a son, Ben, and a daughter, Jillian. As a grandmother of four, Debbie’s most enjoyable pastime is spending time with all of her family as much as possible. Her hobbies include boating, fishing, swimming and golf. She has a passion for growing succulent plants, most of which were transported from Sarasota and are still surviving and thriving to this day.

About Darryl

Darryl Bonner joined Stirling in March 2018 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. He is responsible for short- and long-term strategic planning of the company’s expanding commercial portfolio. He also supports new business growth across various service areas, including development, management, leasing, and acquisitions.

Previously, Bonner was Senior Vice President of Retail for Cousins Properties in Atlanta, GA, where he was accountable for all retail leasing activity—from specialty centers to mixed-use projects and office properties, including the procurement of key leases and tenants during pre-development activities in new projects.

Prior to that, Bonner held a range of retail leasing executive positions at General Growth Properties in Atlanta, GA; Jim Wilson & Associates in Montgomery, AL; and Robert B. Aikens & Associates in Troy, MI.

A Florida native, Bonner earned his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, and his MBA from Auburn University in Montgomery, AL. He is a member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and holds the professional designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX).

He is a frequent guest speaker at Auburn University, Southeastern Louisiana University, ICSC conferences, industry roundtable discussions, and real estate educational programs. He also sits on the Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) Advisory Board at Auburn University.

Will Jenkins serves as an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team from the company’s Pensacola, FL office.

Before joining Stirling, Will spent most of his career as an advertising executive developing growth strategies for Southwest Airlines, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, The United States Air Force, Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, Diageo, and John Deere. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Sales at Medusa Distribution in New Jersey.

Will is originally from Baton Rouge, LA.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

He currently resides in Orange Beach, AL with his family.

About Kyle

Kyle Knight joined the Pensacola, FL, office of Stirling’s commercial real estate team in October 2018 and specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation, site selection, project leasing, investment sales, and multi-family land development.

As a 18+ year commercial real estate brokerage veteran, Knight was previously employed by another firm in Pensacola, where he was awarded the company’s Top Producing Broker award for several years. During this time, Knight has worked with Fortune 500 companies, developers, investors, and local and regional users in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate throughout Alabama and Florida. His primary geographic focus is on the Florida Panhandle (Pensacola to Tallahassee) and Southern Alabama. 

Kyle is an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities). He is licensed to practice real estate in both Alabama and Florida. 

Mr. Knight is a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama, majoring in Advertising. He has lived along the Alabama Gulf Coast since relocating after graduation and currently resides in Orange Beach with his wife.
