As the Managing Director of Multifamily Sales in Stirling’s Investment Advisors Division, Chad Rigby leads a team that oversees all facets of multifamily investment sales and marketing, including transaction management, market analysis, valuation, underwriting, and client development in Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Gulf South. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Rigby began his career as a transaction manager at ARA Newmark, where he gained expertise in deal underwriting, market analysis, and business development. He then joined Stream Realty to launch a multifamily investment sales platform for major market brokerage firms before founding Rigby Advisors, a multifamily consulting firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rigby has had the privilege of transacting more than $1 billion in real estate sales and selling over 14,000 units, working tirelessly to help his clients achieve their investment goals.
In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Rigby holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University, a real estate associate broker license in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas, and the highly-regarded Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Asha Sthanki

Asha Sthanki is a Baton Rouge–based commercial real estate agent specializing in hospitality and investment properties. As part of the hotel brokerage team at Stirling Properties, she works with owners and investors across the Gulf South on acquisitions and dispositions.
With a background in residential and commercial real estate, as well as experience in property management, Asha understands both the transactional and operational sides of real estate. She evaluates hotels as operating businesses — focusing on performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Manish Sthanki
About Manish
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Manish Sthanki stands out as one of the select agents simultaneously possessing the highest hotel and real estate certifications in the industry, a CHA and CCIM. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Manish received his MBA from Louisiana State University and has been actively involved in numerous hotel developments since the early 2000s. Over the years, his tenacity and strong negotiation skills fostered robust working relationships with operators, vendors, and franchisers across the Gulf region.
Currently serving as the director of over 40 family-owned commercial properties throughout Southern Louisiana, Manish can utilize his owner/operator experience to maximize value to his clients. In addition to his solid educational foundation and years of industry knowledge, he achieved recognition as the 2017 Regional Newcomer of the Year with his previous National Brokerage firm. More recently, in 2023, Manish was Top 10 in regional sales volume and continues to surpass regional hotel price-per-room sales records consistently.

Tom Tanner
About Tom
Tom Tanner joined Stirling’s Commercial Brokerage Division in May of 2019. He began his career in real estate in 1976 building and selling houses in the New Orleans area. After selling several hundred homes, he moved into commercial and industrial development where he worked for a national developer of private golf course communities, office and retail centers, and industrial parks.
In the early 90s, he headed up the efforts of a large regional bank to manage and dispose of its over $750 million portfolio of real estate owned. In five years, he disposed of over 2500 properties of every size and type, gaining a keen practical insight for all types of real estate. Tom then started a small commercial brokerage and residential development firm in Baton Rouge. In 2004, he was part of a group that purchased Louisiana Downs racetrack in Bossier City and then sold the property to Harrahs Entertainment. For the last several years Tom owned and operated a private dining club in downtown Baton Rouge on top of the Chase Tower.
Prior to joining Stirling, Tom worked as a Senior Advisor with SVN – Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm.
Travis Thornton
About Travis
Travis Thornton is a commercial real estate broker, business leader, and community advocate with more than a decade of experience helping businesses, investors, and developers achieve their goals across Louisiana. Specializing in industrial and investment properties, he is known for his strategic approach, market knowledge, and commitment to building lasting relationships.
Before entering commercial real estate, Travis served for fifteen years with the Baton Rouge Fire Department, including eight years as a Hazmat Officer. His experience as a first responder shaped his leadership style and instilled a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and integrity.
In addition to his real estate career, Travis serves as Chairman of the St. George Chamber of Commerce and on the St. George Planning and Zoning Commission. He is passionate about strengthening the local business community, supporting economic development, and creating opportunities for long term growth.
Travis is active in his church, dedicated to his family, and believes the best business relationships are built on trust, service, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Spencer Trussell

Spencer Trussell serves as an Advisor with Stirling, specializing in industrial properties and investment sales. He represents property owners, investors, and businesses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land, and development opportunities throughout Louisiana.
Prior to joining Stirling, Spencer spent eight years with CMC Corporate Solutions. During his time with CMC, he developed valuable experience in client relations, business operations, and service, gaining a strong understanding of the importance of responsiveness, reliability, and building lasting relationships. This experience continues to shape his client-focused approach to commercial real estate. Spencer is committed to understanding each client’s unique goals and providing knowledgeable, dependable service throughout every transaction. He is focused on continuing to grow his commercial real estate practice and serving clients throughout Louisiana.
In 2021, Spencer earned his business degree from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, Spencer is an avid fitness enthusiast and sports fan who enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors.
