Office Lease Secured in Baton Rouge
Stirling is excited to announce the successful lease of 9,014 square feet of office space at III United Plaza (8545 United Plaza Blvd.) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Dashiell Corporation — a leading provider of electrical engineering, design, and technical services.
Congratulations to W. Foster Murphy and Justin Langlois, CCIM, who represented the landlord in this transaction. Another great example of collaboration delivering results in the Capital Region.
A New Chapter in Baton Rouge
In 2019, Stirling relocated and merged its Baton Rouge offices into a single, expanded space at United Plaza II—bringing together over 30 employees, brokers, and management staff under one roof in a collaborative, modern environment.
This move followed our strategic merger with Baton Rouge-based SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, significantly expanding our footprint and services across the Gulf South.
Now occupying more than 9,000 SF in the heart of United Plaza Office Park, we continue to grow, serve, and invest in one of our most vital CRE markets.
Hibbett Sports Coming to Monroe, LA
Stirling is excited to announce that Hibbett Sports has leased 6,000 SF at Pecanland Commons, located at 4209 Pecanland Mall Drive in Monroe, Louisiana.
