Samantha Marshall

As Finance and Development Manager, Samantha Marshall holds a prominent role in securing debt and equity capital for Stirling Properties’ projects. She coordinates loan closings and serves as a key point of contact with lenders, guarantors and investors. In addition, she works to enhance investor relations as part of the company’s overall strategic growth plan. She also takes on various special projects working directly with some of Stirling Properties’ larger, long-term clients.

Samantha joined Team Stirling in 2013 and previously held the role of Paralegal / Document Manager. Prior to that, she worked for Methodist Hospital System, where she oversaw all aspects of leasing, tenant buildout and property management of multiple medical office buildings in the greater Houston area. She also worked for a subsidiary of Shell Oil Company, negotiating contracts for service station locations across the United States.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Speech Communications from Baylor University as well as a Paralegal Certificate. She is a member of New Orleans CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and ULI (Urban Land Institute).
