Kaelan McArthur

Kaelan McArthur is an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office. Her areas of focus include the sales and leasing of restaurant and retail properties, with representation of both tenants and landlords. Her specific geographical expertise is in the South Alabama market area.

Born and raised in Mobile, Kaelan has spent the past ten years advancing through both national franchise and local hospitality and service industries in various management positions in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Her extensive experience in these industries has given her an insider’s understanding of the needs new restaurant owners have when starting their business and allows her to successfully guide clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations.  It has also allowed her to hone superior customer service and relationship-building skills.

Kaelan has previously volunteered with The Ronald McDonald House, USA Women’s & Children’s NICU, and is a passionate advocate for local animal rescues. She resides in Downtown Mobile, Alabama with her rescue dogs, Daisy and Jack.
