About Kylle
Kylle began his career in commercial real estate in 2021 following a successful career coaching collegiate football. During his football career, he guided elite teams from California to Missouri and Pensacola’s own University of West Florida. Among his many accomplishments, Kylle was a key contributor to UWF’s National Championship in 2019 and their national finalist status in 2017 as Assistant Coach and Special Teams Coordinator. Kylle’s coaching experience has translated well into his commercial real estate career, where he specializes in office and industrial space in the northwest Florida market. Since 2021, he has played a crucial role in helping his team close over 110 transactions per year, with a total deal volume exceeding $42 million annually. Currently, Kylle is pursuing his CCIM designation to further his knowledge and expertise in the field.
Kylle and his wife have three young children with whom they enjoy exploring the Gulf Coast from Orange Beach to 30A. Whether they’re riding bikes downtown Pensacola, or enjoying a warm day at Fort McRee, if it is near the water, the Shoemaker family embraces it.
Josh Stevenson
About Josh
A native of Youngsville, Louisiana, Josh graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. During his four years as a Division I college baseball player, he competed at LSU, Ohio State, and South Alabama, developing a competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and disciplined approach that continue to drive his professional success.
Now based in Stirling’s Lafayette office, Josh is eager to build his career in commercial real estate, focusing on brokerage and client relationships across the Louisiana market. His ability to perform under pressure, paired with his team-oriented mindset, makes him a valuable partner to both clients and colleagues.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors—activities that reflect his appreciation for persistence, focus, and balance in both work and life.
Asha Sthanki
About Asha
Asha Sthanki is a Baton Rouge–based commercial real estate agent specializing in hospitality and investment properties. As part of the hotel brokerage team at Stirling Properties, she works with owners and investors across the Gulf South on acquisitions and dispositions.
With a background in residential and commercial real estate, as well as experience in property management, Asha understands both the transactional and operational sides of real estate. She evaluates hotels as operating businesses — focusing on performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Manish Sthanki
About Manish
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Manish Sthanki stands out as one of the select agents simultaneously possessing the highest hotel and real estate certifications in the industry, a CHA and CCIM. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Manish received his MBA from Louisiana State University and has been actively involved in numerous hotel developments since the early 2000s. Over the years, his tenacity and strong negotiation skills fostered robust working relationships with operators, vendors, and franchisers across the Gulf region.
Currently serving as the director of over 40 family-owned commercial properties throughout Southern Louisiana, Manish can utilize his owner/operator experience to maximize value to his clients. In addition to his solid educational foundation and years of industry knowledge, he achieved recognition as the 2017 Regional Newcomer of the Year with his previous National Brokerage firm. More recently, in 2023, Manish was Top 10 in regional sales volume and continues to surpass regional hotel price-per-room sales records consistently.

Tom Tanner
About Tom
Tom Tanner joined Stirling’s Commercial Brokerage Division in May of 2019. He began his career in real estate in 1976 building and selling houses in the New Orleans area. After selling several hundred homes, he moved into commercial and industrial development where he worked for a national developer of private golf course communities, office and retail centers, and industrial parks.
In the early 90s, he headed up the efforts of a large regional bank to manage and dispose of its over $750 million portfolio of real estate owned. In five years, he disposed of over 2500 properties of every size and type, gaining a keen practical insight for all types of real estate. Tom then started a small commercial brokerage and residential development firm in Baton Rouge. In 2004, he was part of a group that purchased Louisiana Downs racetrack in Bossier City and then sold the property to Harrahs Entertainment. For the last several years Tom owned and operated a private dining club in downtown Baton Rouge on top of the Chase Tower.
Prior to joining Stirling, Tom worked as a Senior Advisor with SVN – Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm.
Lynda Terreson
About Lynda
As a member of the Stirling Properties Daphne office, Lynda focuses on both Landlord and Tenant representation, working with national, regional, and local retail and office clients.
She manages the sale and leasing transactions of freestanding and in-line assets, as well as building client relationships and fostering business growth for the Gulf South region.
Prior to joining Stirling, Lynda worked at JLL facilitating Tenant Representation and managed the Agency/Landlord portfolio of 50+ properties in the Gulf South states of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Prior to being licensed in Commercial Real Estate, Lynda spent her career working in Corporate Restaurant Marketing with emerging award-winning brands in the Fast Casual space, as well as some of the largest QSR brands in the industry.
Lynda graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations.
She is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana, and also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).Outside of work, Lynda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and enjoys boating the waterways of the Gulf Coast.
