About Donna
Donna Derokey serves as Vice President of Marketing for Stirling, a position she has held since 1998. In this position, she oversees all regional and national branding, advertising, public relations, social/digital media, marketing assets, and research initiatives while consistently showcasing guidance and leadership skills throughout her department.
Donna spearheads Stirling’s endeavors, emphasizing the expansion of customer and client relationships through personalized marketing and relationship-building services. Her duties include gathering and distributing market research, executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing corporate branding, overseeing internal and external communications, and coordinating interactive media/digital projects.
Also, she actively participates in preparing and planning numerous trade shows, conventions, and special events. Presently, manages all facets of Stirling’s participation in the annual commercial convention, the company’s annual awards function, groundbreakings, and grand openings. Before assuming this role, she held various positions within the commercial division.
Donna is involved in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), the Krewe of Muses, and previously held membership in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She is a dedicated community supporter, contributing to organizations such as the Ochsner Women’s Foundation, Covenant House, Dress for Success, and the American Breast Cancer Foundation. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) and Just One Voice.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Doug moved to Louisiana after serving overseas in the Army. He attended the University of Maryland and graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Monica Milazzo

About Monica
Mrs. Milazzo joined Stirling in January of 1990 and currently serves as Director of Information Technology Support.
Over the years Monica has worked in many areas of the company, with her passion driven towards the technology side of Stirling. In her current role, Monica is responsible for overseeing the timely response to all of our users computer needs company wide. She prides herself in always being patient and speaking to others in a positive helpful tone.
She is also passionate about helping the community and those in need, and has been serving on our Stewardship Committee for 7 years, with 5 of those as the chairperson.
She attended Southeastern Louisiana University, majoring in Computer Science.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, working on trash to treasure projects and going to the family camp with her husband. They currently reside in Hammond, Louisiana.
