In 2019, Stirling relocated and merged its Baton Rouge offices into a single, expanded space at United Plaza II—bringing together over 30 employees, brokers, and management staff under one roof in a collaborative, modern environment.
This move followed our strategic merger with Baton Rouge-based SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre, significantly expanding our footprint and services across the Gulf South.
Now occupying more than 9,000 SF in the heart of United Plaza Office Park, we continue to grow, serve, and invest in one of our most vital CRE markets.
Hibbett Sports Coming to Monroe, LA
Stirling is excited to announce that Hibbett Sports has leased 6,000 SF at Pecanland Commons, located at 4209 Pecanland Mall Drive in Monroe, Louisiana.

Paving the Way in Industrial Development
In 2017, Stirling expanded its portfolio with the development of our first industrial project—the Dana Incorporated Service & Assembly Center at Fremaux Park in Slidell, LA.
The 32,000-square-foot facility supports Dana’s growing operations in industrial gearbox repair and refurbishment, while enhancing Fremaux Park’s role as a thriving mixed-use destination.
