Credit Human Gentilly: A Successful Re-Tenanting by Stirling
Congratulations to Carly Plotkin and Justin Langlois, CCIM, for representing the sublessor in Credit Human’s newest New Orleans Financial Health Center, its sixth location in the region!
Justin and Carly were responsible for re-tenanting the entire building: helping to bring both Patient Plus Urgent Care and Credit Human to the Gentilly neighborhood. It was a significant asset improvement and tremendous long-term investment for the Owner.

Stirling Invitational Golf Tournament 2025
We’re proud to share that Stirling donated $25,000 to the Ochsner Foundation in support of their incredible work in our community.
This year’s invitational brought together 125 golfers for a beautiful day at the University Club in Baton Rouge, filled with great competition, local flavors, and community spirit.

Stirling Supports St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Event
Stirling was proud to support the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Pinkster today, a community initiative raising awareness for breast health and collecting donations to help uninsured women receive mammograms.
