Stirling is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of a brand-new Holiday Inn Hotel on Beach Drive in Gulfport, MS, a project proudly brought to life entirely by native Mississippians! This stunning 5-story, 113-room hotel, complete with a pool, restaurant, cabanas, and sweeping Gulf views, rises on a 2-acre lot that has stood vacant since Hurricane Katrina. Today, it symbolizes resilience, renewal, deep local, pride and commitment to community.

Please join us in welcoming Josh Stevenson to Stirling!
Josh has joined our Lafayette office as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. A native of Youngsville, Louisiana, Josh is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Josh also brings a unique background as a Division I college baseball player, competing at LSU, Ohio State, and the University of South Alabama. His experience as a student-athlete helped shape the discipline, work ethic, and competitive mindset he now brings to his professional career.
He is excited to begin this next chapter with Stirling and looks forward to building strong relationships across the Louisiana market. Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
