About Rankin
Rankin Bihm has been a dedicated Advisor at Stirling since 2019, specializing in retail leasing and sales across all South and Central Louisiana markets. With a proven track record, Rankin has successfully represented buyers/sellers and tenants/landlords across many markets within South and Central Louisiana, including Lake Charles, Lafayette, Alexandria, Baton Rouge, and Houma.
Active in the real estate community, he is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, RBN, and ICSC, staying abreast of industry trends. Prior to joining Stirling, Rankin excelled as a Multimedia Consultant, bringing a valuable skill set in market analysis to his current role.
Rankin holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Residing in Acadia Parish with his wife Shannon and son William, Rankin enjoys time with his family and traveling.
