Stirling’s John Woodard, Vice President and William Barrois, Senior Vice President & Manager – Advisory Division, attended the 2026 ICSC Federal Fly-In in Washington, D.C., meeting with members of the House of Representatives and Senators from Louisiana and Alabama.

ICSC serves as a leading organization advancing the marketplaces industry, representing shopping centers, malls, and main streets that drive commerce and community across the country. The industry accounts for approximately 30% of U.S. GDP, 15% of total jobs, and generates over $540 billion in state and local tax revenue.

This year’s event saw record attendance, with industry professionals from across the country coming together to advocate for an industry that plays a critical role in the U.S. economy.
