Congratulations to NAIOP Gulf Coast for receiving the 2026 Chapter Merit Award for Outstanding Achievement in Membership Growth at the NAIOP Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat in Washington, D.C.

We are especially proud that Stirling Senior Advisor Melissa Warren, CCIM, who serves as President of NAIOP Gulf Coast, helped lead the chapter during this milestone achievement. For a chapter just over a year old, this recognition highlights the incredible dedication and momentum of the leadership team.
