Credit Human Gentilly: A Successful Re-Tenanting by Stirling
Congratulations to Carly Plotkin and Justin Langlois, CCIM, for representing the sublessor in Credit Human’s newest New Orleans Financial Health Center, its sixth location in the region!
Justin and Carly were responsible for re-tenanting the entire building: helping to bring both Patient Plus Urgent Care and Credit Human to the Gentilly neighborhood. It was a significant asset improvement and tremendous long-term investment for the Owner.
