Stirling Properties Leases Space to Louisiana Healthcare Connections, Inc. at United Plaza XII
BATON ROUGE, Louisiana —- (December 12, 2011) Stirling Properties, the exclusive management and leasing firm for multiple office buildings in the United Plaza Office Park in Baton Rouge, LA, recently completed the lease of 39,077 square feet of office space at United Plaza XII to Louisiana Healthcare Connections, Inc. The space, located in suite 310, will be ready for the tenant to occupy in spring 2012.
“The building was a perfect match for the tenant as it met their criteria of needed contiguous space, increased parking, back-up power and the ability to expand if necessary,” said Stirling Properties’ Sales and Leasing Executive, Scott Macdonald, who was the agent responsible for the completed transaction.
United Plaza XII is a 3-story building located at 8555 Archives Boulevard off Essen Lane between the I-10 and I-12 corridors. Mr. Macdonald believes this location will allow Louisiana Healthcare Connections the ability to draw upon employees from the east and west bound areas of Baton Rouge with easy access to the building from right off the interstate.
