Stirling Agents Shine at Annual NOMAR CID Awards Ceremony
During the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division’s annual awards banquet Thursday, March 31, 2011, three of our agents were honored for their outstanding efforts, commitment and dedication as leaders in the real estate industry.
Rhonda Sharkawy received the F. Poche Waguespack Award, CID’s most prestigious award, given to the salesperson with the highest volume of sales and leases in the marketplace for the year. Rhonda led the area’s Commercial Investment Division with a sales volume of over $32 million in 2010. She is the first agent in Stirling Properties history to receive this award and one of only a handful of women to achieve this honor since the Commercial Investment Division started the F. Poche Waguespack Award. In addition, Rhonda received Top Awards for Retail Landlord Lease and Tenant Rep Retail Lease, and Overall Top Retail Producer.
Also recognized were Bradley McCoy who received his first CID Award and Chris Abadie who reached the $2.5 million threshold.
Stirling Properties congratulates Rhonda, Bradley and Chris and wishes each of them ongoing success. These agents’ accomplishments and recognition in the real estate community bode well for the industry and are reminders that the marketplace is continuing to thrive.
