David A Keller, Jr.

David Keller serves as an Advisor at Stirling Properties, operating from the New Orleans office. His expertise spans the sales and leasing of multiple property types across Louisiana and Mississippi. 

Born and raised in New Orleans, David completed his high school education at Jesuit High School and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), where he holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID). In addition to his board responsibilities, David co-chairs the annual Economic & Real Estate Forecast Symposium, a prestigious event featuring renowned speakers from across the United States, addressing contemporary and engaging issues to a diverse audience of regional real estate professionals. David also takes part in the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) and is in the process of obtaining his CCIM designation. 

In his career, David has collaborated with a large roster of national brands and operators such as United States Postal Service, Xponential Fitness, NAPA Auto Parts, Family Dollar, DaVita Dialysis, Popeyes, Domino’s, and Taco Bell, to name a few. Beyond his retail accomplishments, David works closely with industrial property owners and tenants, utilizing his in-depth market knowledge and expertise to assist them in identifying and securing sites. His serious and exacting approach ensures that each client receives tailored solutions to meet their unique real estate needs. 

When he's not working, David can be found in the kitchen, on the golf course, or in the marshes of South Louisiana, fishing and hunting with friends and family.
