Andrew Marymont serves as a Development and Investments Analyst in Stirling Properties’ Development and Finance Division. His responsibilities include financial and market feasibility, as well as the underwriting of industrial, retail, office, medical, and multifamily assets for both acquisitions and new developments. He is also tasked with assisting in debt and equity financing and closing transactions. In addition, Andrew works closely with the Investment Advisors Division to evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions and frequently assists the team to help clients with valuations.
Throughout his time at Stirling Properties, Andrew has assisted in sourcing and placing over $300 million of interim and permanent debt. He has also created and developed financial models to evaluate over 6 million square feet totaling over $750 million in new development project costs. In addition, he has underwritten over $1.25 billion in real estate totaling over 10 million square feet for potential acquisitions.
Mr. Marymont is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC, and New Orleans Young Leadership Council.
