Mr. Marshall is the senior finance and accounting member of the Stirling Management team. As Stirling chose to move aggressively back into the development business Mr. Marshall's focus has been on evaluating the economic feasibility of new development and acquisition opportunities. Once the decision is reached to move forward with a development or acquisition it is Mr. Marshall's responsibility to raise the capital and oversee its financial aspects.

Prior to joining Stirling in 1989 Mr. Marshall served as Director of Financial Services for the entity owning New Orleans Canal Place Project, was the Chief Financial Officer for Joseph C. Canizaro Interests and Controller for Sizeler Realty. A 1978 graduate in business from Alma College, Mr. Marshall spent four years as a Certified Public Accountant with the international accounting firm of Grant Thornton, the last two in their New Orleans office.

Mr. Marshall is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and its Northshore New Orleans Chapter.
