Mr. Brame graduated from Louisiana State University in 1979. Before joining Stirling Properties in 1982, Mr. Brame worked as a certified public accountant with the International Accounting Firm of Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney) in Houston. He is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Hammond Exchange Club, the Tangipahoa Parish Chapter of the Louisiana State University Alumni Association and the Louisiana Golf Association.

As Executive Vice President of Stirling Properties, Mr. Brame is responsible for the Asset Management and Project Management departments for Stirling Properties. He also is responsible for the asset management functions for over 3,000,000 square feet of retail and office properties, including the financial reporting functions, property management, lease negotiations, budgeting, real estate taxes, lender relations and financial reporting to partners. Mr. Brame also serves on the Executive Committee of Stirling Properties.

Mr. Brame previously served as Controller and Vice President - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Asset Management of Stirling Properties, prior to moving to his current position. He has over 25 years of real estate experience.
