Mrs. Shelton joined  ERA Stirling Properties as the manager of the Metairie Road Residential Office in 2001. Her experience and expertise helped make the Metairie Road Office, ERA Stirling Properties' first Greater New Orleans Southshore Office a success. In 2004, Mrs. Shelton was named Vice President of the entire ERA Stirling Properties Residential Division. In this role, her responsibilities include coordinating the management team and overseeing the recruiting, agent retention, training and marketing efforts of the entire residential division. In addition, she works closely with our in-house continuing education, training and certification staff to ensure that our agents are among the best trained in the industry.

She has been an active member of the Saints Real Estate Board and served on several committees for more than eight years. She has been an active member of NOMAR for five years and continues to serve on their Grievance and Professional Standards Committee.
