Professional Profile Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2003 Mr. Organ joined Stirling Properties, Inc. in November 2003 as an administrative assistant in the Commercial Brokerage Division. In a rather short period of time, Mr. Organ has distinguished himself by advancing from an intern position to a very intense level by actively participating and completing a myriad of sales and leasing transactions totaling in excess of 45 million.
Mr. Organ has further differentiated himself by developing comprehensive marketing strategies featuring project specific tactics in the marketing of commercial parcels, large tracts of vacant land, office buildings, multi-family complexes, shopping centers, mobile home parks, residential subdivisions, mix-use industrial & high-end commercial business parks.
Mr. Organ’s experience includes the following: Demographic and Feasibility Analysis, Zoning Issues, Site Selection and Acquisition, Land Planning, Wetlands Mitigation Process, Fiduciary Responsibilities, Interfacing with Project Engineers, Media Marketing, Permitting/Approval Process, and Liaison to Local Authorities & Special Interest Groups.
In addition to a client base of investors, Mr. Organ has been instrumental in the site selection process, negotiations, and brokering transactions for First Baptist Church of Covington, Sonic, Waffle House, Quizno’s, KBHome, Shaw, Honda and a host of residential and commercial developers.
Mr. Organ is a member of the St. Tammany Association of Realtors, LACDB, CID-NOMAR and CCIM.
Mr. Organ and his wife, Jessica, have two sons, Jacob and Rocky; they are members of First Baptist Church of Covington, and they live in and are active in the local community.
