As Manager for Stirling Properties' Bossier City/Shreveport office, Mr. McFadden is responsible for the management of Louisiana properties in Shreveport, Monroe, Natchitoches, Pineville and Alexandria as well as Stirling's property in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He is responsible for leasing activities in Shreveport, Natchitoches and Ardmore as well. He is active throughout North Louisiana in the sale and leasing of various types of properties.

Mr. McFadden joined Stirling Properties in 1992. Prior to joining Stirling Properties, he served as Asset Manager for The Sealy Companies, a regional developer of industrial, retail and apartment properties based in Shreveport. He served as General Manager of Pierre Bossier Mall for General Growth Properties and Stirling Properties. He served in numerous Property Management positions with Simon Management Company in Shreveport as well as San Antonio, Texas and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also worked for many years in the radio broadcasting industry. He is a 1983 graduate of Louisiana State University at Shreveport where he earned a B.S. in Marketing.

Mr. McFadden is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the designation of Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager and Senior Certified Marketing Director. He was the 1998 President of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce where he also served on the Board of Directors for 8 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation where he holds the position of Chairman Elect, Bill was named in 2007 to the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division Board of Directors. He is also a founding member and sits on the Board of Directors for the Shreveport Canine Search and Rescue Support Team.
