Professional Profile

Mr. Pecot joined the Stirling Properties team in 2001 and is a sales associate of the Commercial Brokerage division. Mr. Pecot primarily focuses on the retail sector, especially tenant representation. He also works selected retail oriented landlord representation, property sales, & leasing while providing market analysis and sales and leasing strategies to all clients.

More specifically, Mr. Pecot has represented national retailers such as Walgreens, Eckerd’s and Quizno’s while also focusing on the disposition of dark big-boxes and large anchor spaces. He is also currently working with the Stirling Properties Development Committee, which coordinates the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties in the retail, office, medical, golf and residential sectors. 

Mr. Pecot graduated in 2000 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law. He plans to complete coursework for the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
