Professional Profile

Mr. Landry joined Stirling Properties after graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Landry has previously worked closely with the Stirling Properties Development Committee, which coordinates the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties in the retail, office, medical, golf and residential sectors. While working with the Development Committee, Mr. Landry assisted in the financing and refinancing of over $30 million dollars in real estate loans.

Mr. Landry currently serves as a full-time Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive. In this role, Mr. Landry has worked with national companies such as Walgreens, Eckerd Drugs, Ruby Tuesday, and The Limited Brands in search of locations through markets in Louisiana and Mississippi. Mr. Landry has experience in Land Sales, Office and Retail Leasing, Site Selection, and Real Estate Consulting.

Mr. Landry is currently a member of the Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (NOMAR-CID), the Hammond Chamber of Commerce, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is also a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
