A licensed Real Estate agent since 1982, Ms. de la Houssaye has over 25 years of experience. She specializes in office Leasing and Sales. She has an extensive list of both Landlords and Tenants she has represented over the years. She has represented institutional clients and local Landlords in Louisiana. The following is a list of some of the major corporations she has worked with: AT&T, BellSouth Telecommunications, Continental Insurance, DaimlerChrysler Motors, South Central Bell, Federal Express, MetLife, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Reynolds, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, Pool Corp, Southern Farm Bureau and Woodside Energy USA to name a few. She currently represents all of the major Landlords in Northpark Office Park located in Covington, Louisiana in addition to her work in Tenant Representation and Commercial Brokerage.

Ms. de la Houssaye graduated in Business Management from St. Mary's Dominican College. She is a CCIM designate and a member of the St. Tammany Association of Realtors. She has always been a top producer with the local board and has received many awards from the Association.
