Mr. Barrois is a Sales & Leasing Executive with Stirling Properties' Commercial Brokerage Division in Covington, Louisiana. Active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1999, Mr. Barrois joined Stirling Properties in April of 2002.  He has experience in all facets of the real estate industry and specializes in retail and office development, land sales and tenant representation.  Mr. Barrois provides representation to  Walgreen's Drugstore, Starwood Hotels, RaceTrac Gas Station, Chick-fil-A, Longhorn Steakhouse, Capital One Bank, Parish National Bank, YUM! Brands (Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, A&W Root Beer and Long John Silvers), Arby's, GE Capital, and othes throughout the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Barrois is a graduate of Louisiana State University and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee. He is active in various local and regional community organizations including the LSU Alumni Association and Tammany Tigers. Mr. Barrois resides in Mandeville, Louisiana, and is married with two daughters.
