Mr. Gardner joined Stirling Properties in 2008 after graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University. Presently, Mr. Gardner is a sales and leasing executive with Stirling Properties' Commercial Brokerage Division in New Orleans Louisiana.

Mr. Gardner has experience in Landlord and Tenant representation in office, retail and industrial property classes, demonstrating his ability in the market by completing numerous sales and leasing transactions. Specific market focus includes the New Orleans, the Mississippi Gulf communities, Houma Louisiana, and Hammond Louisiana.

Prior to working in Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Gardner served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise CVN-65 and was awarded the prestigious National Defense Medal.

Mr. Gardner resides in New Orleans Louisiana and is active in his community.
