Handling some of the most desirable inventory in the New Orleans area, Gaines Seaman manages the leasing of over 1.5 million square feet of class A office space, including Pan American Life Center and the Freeport McMoRan building in the New Orleans CBD, along with Heritage Plaza in Metairie. Gaines' office leasing and sales experience ranges from high rise towers to single-tenant to medical office buildings. He has negotiated transactions on both the landlord and tenant sides of office, industrial and retail leases and sales.

Professionally, Gaines has won a variety of awards. He has served on the board of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of NOMAR and is currently a member of the CID and CCIM organizations. Gaines is involved with his high school and college Alumni Associations, Metairie Park Country Day School and the University of Mississippi, and serves on the board of directors of the Lighthouse for the Blind.
