Professional Profile

Mr. McCoy joined the Stirling Team in 2007 as a sales associate in the Commercial Brokerage division and is licensed in both the State of Louisiana and the State of Mississippi.  He is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Internal Audit. 

Mr. McCoy has experience as both a Landlord and Tenant Representative in Office and Retail Leasing, Multi-Family, Site Selection, and Real Estate Consulting.  Specific markets include the Greater New Orleans area, the Jackson MS region, Meridian MS, Vicksburg MS and Monroe, LA.  Mr. McCoy has had continuous involvement with the Stirling Properties Development Team; which coordinates the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties in the retail, office, medical, golf and residential sectors.

Mr. McCoy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), Board of Director for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of NOMAR, the Louisiana Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Mr. McCoy currently resides in New Orleans, LA where he is active in his local community and is a Board Member and Property Chair for the Girl Scouts of Louisiana East.  Other activities include his involvement in the Young Leadership Council of which he was a 2008 graduate, 2009 Team Leader, and 2010 Committee Chair the Leadership Development Series and currently serves as the Sponsorship Chair for Wednesdays at the Square.  He also enjoys attending Saints and Hornets' games, LSU games, New Orleans Festivals, and New Orleans Living.
