Mr. Cooper joined Stirling Properties as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent in the New Orleans office in 2007.  He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in corporate leadership and organization.

Mr. Cooper is responsible for all aspects of Commercial Sales and Leasing through the New Orleans office.  He currently handles the leasing for three major shopping centers consisting of approximately 500,000 total square feet.  Additionally, Mr. Cooper has handled the sales and leasing for multiple office buildings as well as the disposition of a major portfolio of triple net industrial/office properties. Mr. Cooper is also an integral part of the Stirling Development Team.  He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), The Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors as well as a Candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. 

Mr. Cooper currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana where he is active in YLC (Young Leadership Council), Blueprint Louisiana, NOLA YURP (Young Urban Rebuilding Professionals), French Quarter Festivals, The New Orleans Children's Hospital and other local youth groups.
