Mr. Salvetti has over 23 years experience in Residential and Commercial Construction. He joined Stirling Properties in July 2004 as a Senior Project Manager in the Covington office. Prior to joining Stirling, Mr. Salvetti was Director of Construction for Safeguard Self Storage located in Metairie Louisiana. While with Safeguard, Mr. Salvetti was instrumental in coordinating development activities in various locations including New York, Chicago, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Prior to employment with Safeguard, Mr. Salvetti was Senior Project Manager for Carl E. Woodward Inc., Sr. PM with MAPP Construction in Baton Rouge and Project Manager/Estimator with J.B. Mouton, Inc. in Lafayette Louisiana. Early in Mr. Salvetti's career has taken him from a field laborer to job carpenter to field superintendent prior to finishing college. Projects that Mr. Salvetti has managed have ranged from minor tenant finish to a 15 Million Dollar research facility for Tulane University.

Mr. Salvetti holds a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
