Professional Profile

Ms. Tarleton has been active in the commercial investment real estate field since 1981, specializing in retail properties since 1990. She joined Stirling Properties in 1990 and opened their Baton Rouge Office that same year.

A licensed real estate broker in the States of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, Ms. Tarleton has also received the professional designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the National Association of Realtors. She is also a graduate of Louisiana State University in Psychology. She is active in community affairs in Baton Rouge and is past President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.

She was named "1999 Commercial Broker of The Year" by the Commercial Investment Division of The Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.
