Ms. Grisoli joined the Commercial Brokerage Division of Stirling Properties, Inc. in January 2007 as a Commercial Real Estate Intern where she completed a comprehensive commercial Real Estate training program and has distinguished herself by advancing to sales & leasing associate.

She is currently a licensed agent in the states of Louisiana, Florida, and Alabama and has previous real estate experience marketing properties for Coldwell Banker South Shore Realty as a Real Estate Agent on the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.   

Ms. Grisoli has demonstrated her abilities in the market place by completing numerous sales transactions including beach-front single-family residences, condominiums, and land acquisitions.  In transitioning to the Commercial Real Estate market, Ms. Grisoli has attended strategy meetings regarding development sites for single tenant users such as Walgreens and actively participates in retail oriented landlord representation, tenant representation leasing and property sales.

In her role as a Commercial Real Estate Intern, Ms. Grisoli teamed with top-performing agents, Joe Kramer and Matt Organ, who achieved combined sales in excess of 34 million dollars in 2006.   In this capacity, Ms. Grisoli experienced hands on training by developing comprehensive strategies and tactics in the marketing of commercial parcels, large tracts of vacant land, office buildings, multi-family complexes, retail strip centers, automotive dealerships, residential subdivisions and industrial distribution facilities.

Ms. Grisoli is a Candidate for Designation for the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has successfully completed the Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate course and is pursuing membership in the following:

• ICSC- International Council of Shopping Centers
• NABOR- Northshore Area Board of Realtors
• CID- Commercial Investment Division 

Ms. Grisoli graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.  She has specialized education in the following areas: Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Finance, Investment Finance, Business Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions and Economics.  Ms. Grisoli currently resides in Covington, LA where she is active in her local community and serves as the Northshore Ambassador for Blueprint Louisiana.
