Mr. Malik is the Operations Manager in the Property Management Division of Stirling Properties. His responsibilities include the administration of the Property Management Division, Property Manager Traingin and Development, and Building Engineer Training and Development.
He joined Stirling Properties in May 2001, as a Property Manager. He was previously employed with Property One, Inc., and Sizeler Real Estate Management Company, Inc. Mr. Malik graduated in 1987 from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Management.
Mr. Malik has over 15 years of Property Management Experience in a variety of commercial real estate sectors, including malls and strip centers, Class A & B office buildings, mini-storage, warehouse and parking facilities.
