Paul Mastio
As CFO of Stirling Properties, Mr. Mastio is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, processes, and reporting functions. He is accountable for the evaluation of systems, coordination of processes, and proposing and implementing changes to procedures and policies. Other responsibilities include tax planning, strategic plan progress reporting, advisory role to the Partners and overseeing the company’s Accounting and IT departments. Prior to joining Stirling Properties in 1993, Mr. Mastio was employed as a Certified Public Accountant at the firm of Schoen and Company, CPA's in Baton Rouge, LA. A 1991 accounting graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Real Estate Consultants. Mr. Mastio also served as President of the PMAS Accounting System Users Group. Being involved in the community, Mr. Mastio is a Den Leader and Treasurer in Pack 111 of the Cub Scouts of America, Treasurer for the Boys Gymnastics Team at Northshore Gymnastics, and Boys Soccer coach at Pelican Park.
